TubeIQ provides analytics and insight tools for YouTube channels. You agree to use TubeIQ in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Google and YouTube Access

If you connect a Google account, TubeIQ may access read-only YouTube data to provide analytics features. TubeIQ does not perform channel management actions on your behalf.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of accounts you use with TubeIQ.

Intellectual Property

The TubeIQ application, branding, and related materials are owned by their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute protected content without permission.

TubeIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes from analytics insights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeIQ and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
